Thank you for taking the time to write, and apologies for the delay in our reply via email, that's not what you should expect from us!

We're sorry the first order arrived later than expected and didn't meet the freshness you should expect from every order. All our orders go out via Express Post, and while most arrive quickly, there are occasional courier delays outside our control. Our slices and treats are lab-tested to hold its quality for 8 weeks at ambient temperature, so this isn't the experience we expect (or usually hear about), and we're taking a closer look at what might've happened.

We're glad to hear your second order arrived and was enjoyed, and we'd still like to make things right for the first order. We've offered a refund or store credit via email.

I purchased these as a gift as I love these raw treats myself. The gift box is gorgeous and the delivery was super quick.

I ordered this as a gift to myself to get a bit of everything as I hadn't tried a couple of flavours. They were all a bit yummy and I'm ordering again sooner than expected 🤭. It comes in a lovely box and would make a super present to anyone.

Love the new celebrations box. Bit of a walk down memory lane for me as I have enjoyed Manuko treats since I met Matt at the old Torquay market. The box is a bit of the old and some of the new but a joy to have. All that goodness! A must try!!
