Are your products organic?
We are passionate about sustainable agriculture and organic, wholefood ingredients.
We use certified organic ingredients in all of the products we make, form our organic Peruvian cacao to organic cashews.
Most of our products have greater than 95% certified organic ingredients and some are 100% organic.
Some of these ingredients are sourced direct from the grower, such as our Australian grown organic carbo powder, and organic peanuts.
Some ingredients, such as our locally sourced hazelnuts, are not certified organic, even though the growers use organic methods. These hazelnuts cost twice the price of imported certified organic hazelnuts, but we have chosen these not only because they’re local, but because the flavour and quality is far superior.
We are committed to continuous improvement across all aspects of our business including sourcing the best possible ingredients, and aim to keep moving all our products to 95%+ certified organic ingredients.
Are your products gluten free?
Yes! All our products are gluten free.
Are your products vegan?
Yes! All our products are plant based and vegan.
Do your products contain soy?
No, we don't add soy to any of our products or recipes.
Do you use refined sugar?
No, we don't used refined sugar in any of our products.
The sweeteners we are proud to use are: organic pitted dates, organic carob, organic brown rice malt syrup, and organic unrefined coconut blossom sugar.
