We’re passionate about sourcing the highest quality organic ingredients, and supporting sustainable agriculture, locally and around the world.
We believe great products begin with the best ingredients, and we’re blessed to work with amazing ingredients from some incredible growers.
These are the heroes behind the food we eat, and we’re highlighting some of their stories here.

Organic Australian Peanuts
Our organic Peruvian cacao that we use in our treats and stoneground chocolate comes from the San Martín, Huánuco, Pasco and Ucayali regions of Peru, where sustainable agricultural practises are employed and about 24,000 families who cultivate cacao in these regions are being directly impacted and supported.
Our organic carob comes direct from the growers in Booborowie, South Australia, at the Australian Carob Company.
The carob orchard is home to a thoughtfully curated selection of sweet varieties of carob trees, employing sustainable farming practises meaning no pesticides or insecticides are used.
Our peanuts come direct from the growers at Green Acres farm, a family run, certified organic farm in Queensland, Australia.

Organic Australian Buckwheat
Our hazelnuts, grown exclusively in Myrtleford and Mitta Mitta, Victoria’s High Country, are gently roasted to bring out their warm, caramel-like aroma and rich, nutty flavour. High in protein and heart-healthy fats, they’re as nourishing as they are delicious. Small-batch roasted in Ovens, VIC for maximum flavour and freshness.
Find these hazelnuts in products such as our Hazelnut Gianduja chocolates and Hazelnut Ganache slice.
Our sea salt has been sundried in large pools off the coast of South Australia and is then kiln dried proir to bagging.
From the oldest family owned and operated sea salt maker in Australia, Olsson's.
To make it's sea salt, Olsson's use the method called "solar evaporation".
Solar salt is produced by the action of sun and wind on seawater in large ponds. The seawater evaporates in successive ponds until the seawater is fully concentrated and the salt then crystallizes on the floor of the pond. It is then scooped up, washed in seawater, dried and packaged. That's it.
Our certified organic buckwheat is sourced from a family farm in the prime agricultural region of North-West Tasmania, where rich fertile red soil, abundance of water and seasonal sunshine allows them to grow nutrient-rich whole foods.
We then in-house activate the buckwheat to create a delicious, nutritious and crunchy inclusion in our products.
