This limited edition blends the finest cacao with the uniquely Australian flavour of anise myrtle, an aromatic native botanical harvested from the subtropical rainforests of New South Wales.

Anise myrtle is known for its warm, liquorice-like aroma with subtle hints of sweet spice and fresh herbal notes, complementing the depth of our 60% dark chocolate beautifully. Sweetened only with organic coconut blossom sugar and balanced with a touch of Australian sea salt.

Our hot chocolate combines our organic stoneground Peruvian chocolate, crafted in-house at our Torquay factory, with specialty cocoa, coconut blossom sugar, and a hint of Australian sea salt.

Ingredients

Organic stoneground chocolate (organic cacao nibs, organic coconut blossom sugar, organic cacao butter), organic coconut blossom sugar, cocoa powder, anise myrtle essential oil, Australian sea salt.

Storage and packaging

Our premium 250g tubes are perfect for brewing at home and gifts. These tubes are reusable and can also be refilled at our factory outlet. Our 1kg bulk bags are airtight and resealable.

Store airtight and out of direct sunlight. Reseal 1kg bags or decant into our reusable tube or your own jar.
How to make

Brew your way to heaven

Choose your dose:
20g (1-2 tbsp): Classic
30g (2-3 tbsp): Heroic

Add 200ml of your favourite milk to a saucepan with your chosen dose. Heat gently over medium-low heat, whisking continuously until smooth, silky, and at your desired temperature.

Pro tip: Use a milk frother or steam wand for an ultra-silky hot chocolate!

Pour into your favourite mug, take a deep breath, and let yourself be transported to a deep and rich chocolatey heaven.
