We’ve gone on a quest to create the most extraordinary hot chocolate, one that celebrates the beauty of cacao and brings out its dark, rich, and delicate notes. This limited edition blends the finest cacao with the uniquely Australian flavour of anise myrtle, an aromatic native botanical harvested from the subtropical rainforests of New South Wales.

Anise myrtle is known for its warm, liquorice-like aroma with subtle hints of sweet spice and fresh herbal notes, complementing the depth of our 60% dark chocolate beautifully. Sweetened only with organic coconut blossom sugar and balanced with a touch of Australian sea salt, this is a next-level, real hot chocolate experience—free from artificial flavours, fillers, or preservatives.

Ingredients

Organic cacao (organic cocoa powder, organic cacao butter), organic coconut blossom sugar, Australian anise myrtle oil, Australian sea salt.

May contain almond, brazil nut, cashew, hazelnut, macadamia, peanut, pecan, pistachio, sesame.
Storage and packaging

Our premium 250g tubes are perfect for brewing at home and gifts. These tubes are reusable and can also be refilled at our factory outlet. Our 1kg bulk bags are airtight and resealable.

Store airtight and out of direct sunlight. Reseal 1kg bags or decant into our reusable tube or your own jar.
How to make

1. Add 1-2 tbsp (20g) of Manuko hot chocolate to 1 cup of your favourite milk. Either steam with a milk frother, or add to a food blender and blend until silky smooth, and then heat to desired temperature.

Heat 1 cup of your favourite milk over a low heat.

Add 1-2 tbsp of Manuko hot chocolate and whisk vigorously until the chocolate has dissolved, and milk has reached the desired temperature.

2. Pour into your favourite cup, take a deep breath and let yourself be transported to a deep and rich chocolatey heaven.
