Each batch is stone ground for many hours to achieve an exceptionally smooth texture and deliver the classic gianduja experience, a timeless blend of hazelnuts and chocolate.

Inspired by Italian tradition, gianduja (pronounced jahn-doo-yah) originated in the early 1800’s in Piedmont, Italy. Named after a local marionette character, it was created during a cocoa shortage in the Napoleonic era.
